The end of an era! This delightful blend of semillon and chardonnay, marks the closing of a chapter in Restdown history. As the name suggests, this is the last wine to be produced at Restdown and represents the celebration of 22 years of winemaking in our boutique location. The joy of the season, the sunshine and vibrant energy of summer are all encapsulated in this delicate, early season white wine. Hand picked and gently basket-pressed, to produce a fresh, clean palate of citrus and pear fruit flavours, developing into wild blossom and honey with age. Enjoy with seafood, or as an aperitif at your next celebration. Cheers!
