Certified Organic Shiraz
Late Summer 2017 was mild and wet, producing a complex palate of licorice, soft, dark berries and earthy, herbaceous, savoury characters. Dark plum in colour, the wine has a soft, inky finish making this a delightful, medium-bodied shiraz, perfectly suitable for drinking during the warmer months when a heavy shiraz is out of the question. Enjoy outdoors with a char-grilled steak, meze or cheese platter.
