This delicate Burgundian-style chardonnay had minimal oak contact during fermentation and spent 3 weeks on lees, with daily stirring. Pale straw in colour, the nose is creamy with a hint of vanillan oak. A minerally, lean palate is perfectly balanced with a pleasant, creamy mouthfeel and subtle complexity which will develop more weight over time. Enjoy with pork belly, smoked salmon, scallops or perfect with cold roast chook for a lunchtime picnic.
